Locations

Our manufacturing facilities are spread in 11 acres of Green Environment across two locations on the outskirts of Hyderabad with an annual capacity of 17,000mt p.a.

Unit - I

Maheshwaram Unit (BRC-IOP Under Implementation) - in 7 acres - has a completely advanced, European Set-up for its manufacturing process.

Unit - II

Kattedan Unit ( ISO 9001:2000 Certified) - in 4 acres - is equipped with Indian Printing Machines and a European Lamination Machine.

Printing

Equipped with 8 colour Roto-Gravure Printing machines with features as auto-registration, web video and defect detection system that gives consistent and high quality multi colour printing.
Our Maheshwaram Unit is equipped with two latest Rotomec Printing machine from Italy.

Lamination

We use both Solvent and solvent free facilities. Solvent free laminations, reduce the pollution and is safe for consumption.
Our Maheshwaram unit is equipped with NORDMECCANICA Super Combi 3000 & solvent free simplex machine from Italy.

Multi Layer

Two in-house multilayer Blown Film Plant with maximun width of 2 meters, with a capacity of 6000 MT p.a. and thickness from 20 to 180 microns.

Slitting

High quality slitting machines ensure that the coils are wounded properly and are free to use on the FFS machines.

Pouching

Branding is a decisive element in the success of any product. As pouches of various sizes offer a different dimension to branding, our pouching facilities can make customized pouches such as Centre Seal, Side Sealed, Side Gusset, Standy, Reusable and Pouches with Zip Lock, V Notch, Soft Corners, Hanger Hole and Loop, Perforated Strips & Spout Pouches.

Storage and Packing

We have a large warehouse to sort and store the raw materials as well as finished products. A Fully automated packing machine ensures the product reaches the customer in ready-to-use condition.
